Woman, Be Fit: 8 Week Fitness Challenge
Woman, Be Fit is an 8-week progressive fitness and nutritional program that includes indoor and outdoor fitness training. Classes are made up of high-intensity interval training, functional training, partner workouts, mile runs and weekly nutrition sessions. Classes are open to all levels. The Spring cycle begins Tuesday, March 28th, 2017 and ends Thursday, May 18th, 2017.
