Woman, Be Fit: Winter 2017

Woman, Be Fit is an 8-week progressive fitness and nutritional program that includes indoor and outdoor fitness training. Classes are made up of high-intensity interval training, functional training, partner workouts, mile runs and weekly nutrition sessions. Classes are open to all levels.
